As the Founder of Her Wellness Coach, I want to help women improve their physical and energetic health so they can regain confidence, and to improve physical and energetic strength.

I started this company to create a space for women, like yourself, to feel open enough to advocate for themselves,even when you feel pressure to put 100% of their attention into everyone else.

  1. Health Coaching and Holistic Nutrition: A health and wellness coach is a guide to help to achieve your health goals. This is what you need to do to create the right mindset and techniques to achieve it. Nutrition is a vital part of this and ensures that the body is nourished and fed with the right combination of ingredients to bring you to the best state of well-being.

  2. Exercise and Movement: Moving your body is not just about fitness; it's about revitalizing your entire being. We'll explore ways to incorporate movement into your life that feels right for you. We provide individual and group movement classes that incorporate varying styles of yoga, core strength and pelvic floor exercises, pilates, and mobility movements, based on your needs and goals.

  3. Rest and Self-Care: Quality downtime is non-negotiable. We'll work on strategies to help you cultivate ease and incorporate restoration in your downtime.
