Meet Zahra—Your Wellness Guide.

I’m Zahra, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher, Sound Bath Facilitator, and former Director of luxury hotels and spas.

I created Her Wellness Coach to help women like you, high-performing, purpose-driven, and often burnt-out, reclaim your health and vitality with personalized, integrative care.

After years of pouring into my career while ignoring the signs of burnout, I realized: success without wellness isn’t sustainable.
